The next AIAC meeting will be held on 10 November 2025 at 5.00 pm at the Royal Dutch Institute of Rome (KNIR), in via Omero 10/12.
The meeting, entitled "Urban Landscapes", will propose three different perspectives on urban space, united by attention to its multiple meanings and transformations over time: from memory and belonging in the agricultural spaces of the Roman city, to the political and archaeological dimension of late Republican Rome of Mark Antony, up to urban planning and transformations in 6th century Constantinople.
Speakers will include Jess Venner (The British School at Rome), Luca Masciale (Sapienza University of Rome) and Nastasya Kosygina (American Academy in Rome).
Prof. Julian Bogdani (Sapienza University of Rome) will moderate the meeting.
