Enrollment is now open for the 2025-2026 academic year for the Digital Archaeology Educational Workshops organized by LAD: Digital Archaeology Workshop at Sapienza University, in collaboration with the Sapienza Archaeological Mission in Albania. The workshops aim to provide the theoretical and practical foundations necessary to independently set up and develop GIS projects and tackle the world of digital cartography and graphic processing of archaeological monument surveys.
The workshops, open to doctoral students of the Doctoral School of Archaeology, will be held in person at Sapienza University of Rome, Classroom IV, on the first floor of the Letters and Philosophy building (CU003), on January 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, and February 2, February 3, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and are divided into basic and advanced modules.
