ARCHAEOLOGICAL MUSEUMS AND CULTURAL TOURISM IN BETHLEHEM: PRESENT REALITIES AND FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES

On December 16, 2025, at 12:00 p.m., at the Museum of the Near East, Egypt, and the Mediterranean, a seminar will be held entitled:

“Archaeological Museums and Cultural Tourism in Bethlehem: Present Realities and Future Opportunities”

The meeting will be introduced by Prof. Lorenzo Nigro, coordinator of the Eastern Curriculum of the Doctoral School of Archaeology.

The speaker will be Eman Al-Titi, an expert in cultural heritage and public administration, with over 14 years of experience in the fields of archaeology, heritage protection, and museum management in Palestine. She currently serves as Director General of Tourism and Antiquities in Bethlehem, where she oversees institutional strategy, operational planning, and collaborations with public and private stakeholders.
The meeting is part of the Visiting Professor - Solidarity Call 2025 program.
Attendance at the seminars is an integral part of the training of doctoral students.
