The Listening Desk, organized by the PhD Board, is available to all PhD candidates enrolled in the programme.
The service provides a space for discussion, guidance and constructive feedback on matters related to:
• the organization of the PhD programme
• teaching and training activities
• administrative or organizational issues
• specific needs and suggestions for improvement.
The Listening Desk ensures direct dialogue with members of the PhD Board, in a confidential and supportive environment.
Schedule
The service is available on the first and third Wednesday of each month, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
