Elections are held for the representation of PhD students on the Doctoral Council in Philology and History of the Ancient World for the two-year period 2025-2027.
The representation of PhD students on the Council is set at a maximum of 2 (two) persons.
The electorate and candidates shall consist of doctoral students enrolled in the PHD in Philology and History of the Ancient World.
The elections shall result in the appointment of the number of representatives provided for if at least 10% of those eligible to vote participate; otherwise, the number of those elected shall be reduced in proportion to the number of actual voters.
All PHD students enrolled in the aforementioned Doctorate are therefore called to vote.
The elections will take place on 27 October 2025 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. online (instructions on how to vote will follow).
The lists of those eligible to vote will be published on the Department's website.
Each voter will be entitled to two preferences.
Anyone interested in standing as a representative is requested to send their application by 20 October to: dottorato.filologia@uniroma1.it.
The names will be published on the Department's and PHD's websites.
