Leisure time is the main part of life in which to cultivate passions and enrich one's cultural background. Sapienza has delegated the CREA Center to seek cultural agreements to allow students, teachers, and technical and administrative staff to participate in theater performances, visits to museums, regional parks, and exhibitions, taking advantage of dedicated discounts.

The Sapienza Sport Service Center promotes sports among university students and organizes introductory and advanced courses in various disciplines, as well as competitive activities at the university level and within various sports federations. It also collaborates, through agreements with public and private entities, in the planning and direct or indirect implementation of sporting events.
