The present Call for Papers, to be held in Genoa on May 7-8, 2026, is aimed at doctoral students and young researchers interested in reflecting on the theme of social differentiation from a historical, art historical, and archaeological perspective.
The aim of the symposium is to explore the theme from a historical, art historical, and archaeological perspective. Proposals will be accepted in the following areas of research: Prehistoric, classical, and medieval archaeology; Medieval, modern, and contemporary history, including gender history; Archival science, paleography, diplomatics, and codicology; Medieval, modern, and contemporary art history.
