Within the framework of exchange provided by the Workshop Dottorati Italiani, and on the occasion of the centenary of the foundation of the VKhUTEMAS, the seminar "VKhUTEMAS 100", has as its object the theoretical and design research on the theme of the contemporary museum.

The seminar “VKhUTEMAS 100. Space, project, teaching”.
The projects were shared with other doctoral schools in Venice, Rome, Naples and Bari, in collaboration with Moscow institutions.
After an initial phase consisting of a cycle of conferences on the theme of Vkhutemas and its importance for national and international design culture, the seminar triggered a series of design responses on the theme of the 21st century museum.
The cycle has as its objective the exchange of skills and knowledge from all the cultural areas of the PhD in Architecture, City and Design.
Theoretical reflection was stimulated and enriched by the conferences of national and Muscovite professors and researchers: Aleksandr Lavrent'ev, Luka Skansi, Irina Chepkunova, Maurizio Meriggi, Maksim Poleshuk, Raimonda Riccini, Giacomo Calandra di Roccolino.
