The seminar is organised by the Department of Ancient Sciences at Sapienza University of Rome, as part of the Doctorate in Philology and History of the Ancient World (academic year 2025–2026).
The speaker is Alberto Cantera Glera (Freie Universität Berlin), who will give a lecture entitled “Vištāspa and the Political Agenda of the Young Avestan Priests”, dedicated to the role of the figure of Vištāspa and the political implications of the most recent Avestan tradition.
