LIBRARIES
The DIAEE library is distributed across four locations, with a focus on Technical Physics, Environment and Energy (Via Eudossiana, 18), Electrical Energy (Via delle Sette Sale, 12), Nuclear Energy (Corso Vittorio Emanuele, 244) and Remote Sensing (Via Salaria, 851). The documentary equipment amounts to over 40,000 monographs (for a total of over 50,000 inventory units if they include the years of periodicals) and covers all the topics of the doctoral course. Added to this are the DIMA, PDTA and SIA libraries, as well as the possibility of consulting the numerous products on the topic of "Energy" via the Sapienza Librarian Service.
In addition to the years of periodicals available in paper format, all the online magazines of the Sapienza Library System and of the research centers with which the Doctorate collaborates are available. The DD inter-library loan service and the free photocopying service are active (personal use for research). Access to bibliographic databases (Scopus, Web of Science) and specialist databases can be made through the Sapienza Wi-Fi network and from any terminal of the DIAEE and of the other departments and centers that collaborate with the doctorate (DIMA, SIA, PDTA ).

LABORATORIES
The laboratories available to doctoral students are: Thermodynamics and Heat Transmission; Numerical Modelling; Lighting and Radiant Energy; Acoustics; Indoor Air Quality; Joint Lab on Cogeneration and Hydrogen Production Systems; Renewable energies; Experimental thermo-hydraulics; Simulation of Nuclear Systems. The following laboratories are also available: Combustion Cells, Stirling Engines and Production of Hydrogen from Ammonia; EOSIAL; Driving and Navigation.

SPACES AND EQUIPMENT
Doctoral students have spaces dedicated to them, even for shared use, located in each of the DIAEE, DIMA and SIA offices, equipped with autonomous computing resources and with the possibility of remotely using the hardware/software of the various computing centers.
The main software are available for thermo-fluid-dynamic calculation (CFD and system codes), for energy-environmental optimization, for design (mechanical, thermotechnical, acoustic, lighting and electrical), for neutronics, for risk analysis , for statistics, for mathematical calculation.
Workstations and desktop PCs are available in all the locations involved for doctoral students, as well as some computing clusters with several dozen nodes that can also be used remotely.
