Dear Doctor,
Please be informed that, to enroll in the academic year 2025/2026, it is necessary to pay the following fees no later than 30 November 2025:
➢ €140.00 regional tax;
➢ €16.00 stamp duty.
To pay the required amount, you can access INFOSTUD → Doctorates → Enrollment for the subsequent year.
The payment can only be made after the Board has approved and sent to the Doctoral Studies Office – Courses and Careers the resolution for admission to years following the first, and after completing the annual activity reporting form and the PhD student questionnaire.
Please note that you will, in any case, receive a specific communication from the institutional email address of the Doctoral Studies Office – Courses and Careers (ufficio.dottorato@uniroma1.it), containing instructions on how to proceed with enrollment and the related payment of fees, starting from 1 November 2025.
Please be reminded that, pursuant to Art. 9, paragraph 4 of the PhD Regulations, failure to pay the regional tax and stamp duty by the communicated deadline will result in the suspension of your academic career and/or disbursement of your PhD scholarship until the administrative position is regularized.
In case of any changes to your social security position and/or IBAN, please follow the instructions provided on the dedicated page and simultaneously notify these changes to ufficio.dottorato@uniroma1.it.
