The first year of the Ph.D. Course is dedicated to theoretical and methodological basis, valid for all of the Curricula. The choice of a specific research object for the thesis, and the specilized formative activities, take place from the second year.
The transition to the second year is linked to the presentation and discussion of papers on topics related to the themes developed in the courses.
The topics of the papers are assigned by the Academic Board.
The candidate will be admitted to the second year also in consideration of scientific production (papers, papers, conferences, literature reviews), attendance at lessons and any extracurricular activities (eg Laboratories activated in CorisLab).
At the end of the academic year, each student is required to carry out an analytical report on the activity carried out.
