Databases and research facilities

Sapienza Library Service provides the research platform Discovery Sapienza: accessible with your institutional credentials, which simultaneously quires most of the available electronic resources.         
PhD students will be able to access database listing for the following areas:        
 

The Interdepartmental Library of Legal Sciences offers the following online services available for the P.hD program in Private Autonomy:
 
PhD students may request, only through their institutional email, in accordance with the legislation on copyright (L. April 22, 1941, n. 633 and subsequent amendments and supplements):
 
  • Journal articles contained in the databases signed by the Department of Legal Sciences (DSG);
  • Entries taken from the Encyclopedia of Law, Annali, Commented Codes, Digesto IV Edition (Civil, Commercial, Criminal and Public);
  • Requests must indicate the author, the title of the article, the title of the journal, the publisher, the year, the issue, the number of pages. Incomplete or inaccurate requests will not be processed;
  • Requests should be forwarded, to one of the e-mail addresses listed in the available list click here. Please, avoid duplication of requests;
  • Requests will be processed within three working days from receiving;
  • The material should be used only for reasons of study and research, it must not be disclosed.
 

Furthermore, since these are University resources signed by the Library System-SBS you can find:
 
 
- The list of Periodicals contained in Rivisteweb & Torrossa, which can be downloaded for free through the proxy procedure offered by Sapienza.
