Implementation methods
Please remember that it is necessary to submit the completed “authorization request”, at least ten days before departure for the opening of the file, attaching an estimate traveling and accommodation, together with the poster/invitation letter for the event. This deadline is to be considered peremptory.
The authorization form and the following liquidation request must be also signed by the PhD Coordinator.
