The use of new technologies in Neurorehabilitation opens new clinical, psychological, engineeristic and even ethical challenges to be faced. The studies of the Clinical Laboratory of Experimental Neurorehabilitation of Fondazione Santa Lucia showed as there is also the need of chaning the question about the efficacy of technologies in neurorehabilitation, and also the need of a deep neuroscientific insight in the physiological and pathological mechanisms for improving the use of technology for patients, taking into account some aspects, such as harmony, derived by ancient past and now emerging againg from the neuroscientific results"
