Within the framework of the Erasmus+ program, the seminar "Fabrication and characterization of nanomaterials for advanced applications" will be held, jointly presented by Professors Ewa Bobko, Małgorzata Trzyna-Sowa, and Renata Wojnarowska-Nowak from the University of Rzeszów, Poland.

During the seminar, our colleagues will present the main objectives of their research activities, with a special focus on the fabrication and characterization of advanced semiconductor nanomaterials. The discussion will cover the production of high-quality materials via molecular beam epitaxy (MBE), optimization and post-processing techniques, as well as the structural, optical, and electrical properties of these materials for applications in optoelectronics and energy devices.

This seminar is an excellent opportunity to learn about the applications of advanced material characterization techniques, including electron microscopy, Raman spectroscopy, and X-ray diffraction, as well as to explore potential scientific collaborations.
