As required by Art. 5, Paragraph 2 of R.D. No. 1150/2024 regarding the Regulations on Doctoral Studies, the Teachers' Board establishes a "Doctoral Students' Listening System" through direct interlocution with the Coordinator and mentor teachers identified from among the members of the Teachers' Board. The Doctoral Students' Listening System thus consists of:
