  • Workshop on funding opportunities for young researchers @SAPIENZA. The workshop is focused on the funding opportunities for young researchers. Various grants, such as ERC grants or Marie Curie scholarships, will be presented and discussed with experts (Dr. Odeta Limaj, Prof. Paolo Pani, Prof. Guido Martinelli) presenting both the point of view of applicants and evaluators.   • The new calls for applications of the program « Junior Scientific Visibility » proposed by the FMJH have been launched. Deadline: 15th June 2024.   • In the framework of the European School of Antennas and Propagation (ESoA, https://www.euraap.org/esoa-courses), and the European Association on Antennas and Propagation (EurAAP, https://www.euraap.org/) the Course “Leaky Waves and Periodic Structures for Antenna Applications” is going to take place from April 22nd to 24th, 2024, organized by “La Sapienza” University of Rome, Italy. The Course is aimed at Ph.D. or Master students, scientists and designers from academia and industry and will offer Lectures on different concepts, realizations, and applications of Leaky Waves, Leaky-Wave Antennas and Periodic Structures. The present 7th Edition will be hosted in the historical building (Sangallo’s Cloister) of the Faculty of Engineering, “La Sapienza” University of Rome, via Eudossiana 18, Rome, Italy, right next to the Colosseum and Michelangelo's Moses.
