Spaces and equipment available to doctoral students

The Department has three classrooms used for lessons, seminars, workshops and Doctoral meetings. The classrooms are equipped with IT tools for distance learning.
4 doctoral student rooms located in the various wings of the Management Department with a total of 20 workstations.
Computer laboratory available to doctoral students with 7 computer stations for data processing and remote connections.
Research activities are starting with the help of virtual reality. To this end, the Department is equipping itself with the necessary technologies to structure a laboratory on Metaverse and Virtual Reality, available for teachers and doctoral students.

Commodity Laboratory: chemical laboratory that lends itself to specialist training not only for students and doctoral students but also for public and private entities working in the context of the quality of goods. Several research groups operate in the laboratory and have the following equipment at their disposal:
Preparation laboratory with 20 workstations and 4 extractor hoods, 2 of which have recently been replaced with high efficiency models.
Analytical instrumentation:
• Double beam UV VIS spectrophotometers
• atomic absorption spectrophotometers;
• gas chromatograph/mass spectrometer;
• gas chromatograph/electron capture detector;
• HPLC chromatographs with detectors: UV, DAD, fluorescence and conductometric;
 
The Commodity Museum is housed in the premises of the Management Department, on a total area of ​​approximately 270 m2. The finds displayed in 50 display cases and inventoried are around 6000. The Museum is currently in the final phase of the renovation at the end of which it is expected that there will be 12 large display cases and 5 low display cases, a textile room, a reconstruction of the professor's studio. Villavecchia, 2 large study tables with 25 workstations.

SmartPLS software with graphical user interface for variance-based structural equation modeling using the partial least squares modeling method.
