Keith Dicks is one of the world's most experienced application scientists with some 50 years experience in microanalysis techniques (EDS, WDS, EBDS). His seminars are of great interest not only for their technical and scientific aspects, but also for the historical context he provides on the various microanalysis techniques. Indeed, Keith Dicks has been one of the key figures in the technological development of these techniques over the last 50 years.
