Missions Service

The procedures for the authorization of missions and subsequent reimbursement take place through the X-UP website: https://dctf2.frm.uniroma1.it/

We would like to inform you that the new "Request TRIP" function is now active on InfoStud.

Therefore, from today, to request travel authorization, you will have to access the platform, and in the PhD section, enter the relevant request following the instructions that you will find within it; the same instructions are also present on the web page https://www.uniroma1.it/it/pagina/frequentare-un-dottorato of the PhD website, in the section SUSPENSIONS, EXTENSIONS, AUTHORIZATIONS FOR WORK/OTHER ACTIVITIES, TRAVEL: how to submit requests.

It should also be noted that this function must always be used, as it is carried out for annual reporting of all study and research trips carried out during the doctoral career and for requesting the scholarship increase in the case of trips abroad.

For any good purpose, it should also be noted that this function is not in dialogue with the "X-Up" platform since it is managed independently by other offices.

We would like to inform you that on the "Cantieri Informatici" platform, the new "TRAVEL"  function for managing doctoral students' careers is active.

The procedural process for the management of the aforementioned function is described in the instructions that you will find within it; the same instructions are also available on the https://www.uniroma1.it/it/pagina/istruzioni-collegi-e-commissioni web page, in the Career Management of PhD students section.

It should be noted that this function has been designed in order to facilitate the annual reporting by doctoral students about all study and research trips made, as well as to simplify the procedure for requesting an increase in the doctoral scholarship in the case of trips abroad.
For all purposes, it should also be noted that this function is not in dialogue with the "X-Up" platform, as other Offices manage it independently.
