Sapienza proposes also for 2024 the new edition of the transversal training program on soft skills aimed at enhancing the training path of doctoral students and diversifying the skills of young researchers.
The launch event will be held in person on November 6th from 4 pm in the Aula Magna of the Rectorate.

The modules will be held online and will start from November 11th, 2024; the registration methods will be indicated on the dedicated web page (Training Sapienza on soft skills for Young Researchers | Sapienza University of Rome (uniroma1.it))
The program includes topics ranging from the methods of participation in European R&I funding programs to systems for valorizing and managing research results, from the protection of Intellectual Property to the ethical implications of research, from scientific communication to the Third Mission, from entrepreneurship to scientific computing tools and Big Data.
The offer is developed within the actions envisaged by the HRS4R (Human Resources Strategy For Researchers) of the University.
Part of the offer will be conducted in English and will also be open to Young Researchers from other RIS4CIVIS institutions in order to enhance Sapienza's participation in the Alliance. The offer will also be addressed to PhD students and researchers of the institutions participating in the ROME TECHNOPOLE project, the regional innovation ecosystem, a multi-technological hub for teaching, research and technology transfer in the sectors of energy transition and sustainability, digital transformation and in the bio-pharmaceutical and health fields.
