Sapienza propone anche per il 2025 la nuova edizione del programma di formazione trasversale sulle soft skills volto a valorizzare il percorso di formazione dei dottorandi e a diversificare le competenze di giovani ricercatori.
L’evento di lancio si terrà in presenza il 3 novembre p.v. dalle ore 13 presso l'Aula Magna del Rettorato.

I moduli svolgeranno in modalità telematica e avranno inizio a partire dal 10 novembre 2025; le modalità di registrazione sono state pubblicate sulla pagina web dedicata (Formazione Sapienza sulle soft skills per Giovani Ricercatori | Sapienza Università di Roma (uniroma1.it))
Il programma contempla tematiche che vanno dalla modalità di partecipazione ai programmi europei di finanziamento in ambito R&I ai sistemi di valorizzazione e gestione dei risultati della ricerca, dalla tutela della Proprietà Intellettuale alle implicazioni etiche della ricerca, dalla comunicazione scientifica alla Terza Missione, dall’imprenditorialità agli strumenti di calcolo scientifico e Big Data, fino alla Storia del pensiero scientifico.
L’offerta si sviluppa nell’ambito delle azioni previste dalla HRS4R (Human Resources Strategy For Researchers) dell’Ateneo.
Una parte dell’offerta sarà svolta in lingua inglese e verrà aperta anche ai Giovani Ricercatori di altre istituzioni RIS4CIVIS al fine di valorizzare la partecipazione di Sapienza all’Alleanza. L’offerta verrà inoltre rivolta a dottorandi e ricercatori delle istituzioni partecipanti al progetto ROME TECHNOPOLE, l’ecosistema di innovazione a carattere regionale, polo multi-tecnologico per la didattica, la ricerca e il trasferimento tecnologico nei settori della transizione energetica e sostenibilità, della trasformazione digitale e in ambito bio-farmaceutico e salute.

Once again in 2025, Sapienza is offering a new edition of the cross-disciplinary training program on soft skills aimed at enhancing the training of PhD students and diversifying the skill set of young researchers.
The presentation event will be held in person only on November 3th at 1:00 PM in the Aula Magna of the Rectorate.

The modules, which will take place online, will begin on November 10, 2025. The registration methods will be provided on the dedicated webpage (Sapienza training offer on soft skills for Early Stage Researchers | Sapienza Università di Roma (uniroma1.it)).
The program covers topics ranging from how to participate in European R&I funding programs to systems for the management and valorization of research results, from Intellectual Property protection to the ethical implications of research, from scientific communication to the Third Mission, from entrepreneurship to scientific computing tools and Big Data with reference to the history of scientific thought.
The offering is part of the actions foreseen by the university’s HRS4R (Human Resources Strategy For Researchers). Some courses will be conducted in English and will also be open to Young Researchers from other RIS4CIVIS institutions, in order to highlight Sapienza’s participation in the Alliance. The program will also be available to PhD students and researchers from institutions participating in the ROME TECHNOPOLE project, a regional innovation ecosystem and multi-technological hub for education, research, and technology transfer in the fields of energy transition and sustainability, digital transformation, and the bio-pharmaceutical and health sectors.
