On the occasion of the educational seminar organized as part of the programming of the Doctorate in Music and Entertainment of the Sapienza University, Gianni Forte will talk about the many aspects and peculiarities of the theater’s trades that he experienced during his multifaceted and intense international career, proposing a reflection on the relationship between memory and artistic research, between writing and scenic practice.
Gianni Forte is author, playwright, translator and actor. Since 2005 Co-founder and artistic director of the visionary ensemble Ricci/Forte performing arts. From 2021 co-director, together with Stefano Ricci, of the Theatre section of the Venice Biennale.
Member of the board of directors of the GIFT International Festival of Tiblisi since 2023.
