During this talk, we will offer a succinct overview of sharding within the
context of Blockchain and examine its impact on Blockchain smart contracts
execution. We will emphasize the primary challenges presented by the
execution of smart contracts being distributed across Blockchain shards, and
provide guidance on how to manage it effectively through an adaptation of the
classical 2PC protocol.
