Following the recently signed agreement between Northeastern University (Boston, MA, USA) and Sapienza University in Rome (Italy), this event was conceived as an informal, virtual meeting for faculty in structural engineering and geotechnical / geo-environmental engineering. Faculty members who are currently advising PhD students in these areas of Civil Engineering are welcome to participate and briefly introduce their research activities. This is an excellent opportunity for interaction between the faculty groups from the two universities.
Faculty members from other sub-disciplines of civil and environmental engineering, as well as PhD students, are also welcome to attend and provide their feedback.

On January 22, 2021, at 3:00 pm, will take place the miniworkshop organized within the Dual PhD Program established between Sapienza and the Northeastern University of Boston (NU). During the event several professors of DISG Sapienza and Northeastern University will give a short presentation of about 5 mins on their research activities.
