This lab is part of the activities organized within the context of the PRIN Project «Make it explicit: documenting interpretations of literary fictions with conceptual formal models (MITE)». It is composed of two seminars: the first aims to introduce the main features and functionalities of formal ontologies, while the second implies a debate on how to model vocabularies and methodologies developed in some samples of literary criticism, and notably in essays devoted to female characters in Medieval Italian literature. Each participant will be assigned an essay to study and discuss.
