Whenever you go on a mission (on domestic or foreign soil), or leave through mobility programs, it is mandatory to insert in X-UP the activity and the period of your stay (even when you do not want to claim reimbursement for expenses incurred), at least 15 days before your departure, in order to have our insurance coverage.
It is also obligatory to upload on X-Up the mission authorization signed by the PhD Coordinator
