Internazionalization

The research stays of doctoral students take place at research centers and/or universities that are identified based on the doctoral program's internationalization agreements and the specific research topics.

Currently, there are mobility agreements with the University of Seville, the Agricultural Universiry of Athens, the European Forest Institute, the University of Copenhagen (Department of Geosciences and Natural), the University of Tokyo, the Verein by Associacion (Zurich), the University of Berkeley (California), the 'Ecole Nationale Superiéure de Paysage di Versailles, the  Aix-Marseille Université, the Central University of Catalunya, the Laboratory of Floriculture and Landscape Architecture (Agricultural University of Athens), the Ecole nationale superiéure d'architecture de Nantes, the European Forest Institute, the Shibaura Institute of Tokyo.

The foreign stays are approved by the Faculty Board, in consultation with the tutors, who evaluate their relevance to the doctoral thesis.

The duration and mode of the foreign stays are agreed upon with the receiving institution based on scientific needs and the prevailing economic constraints. Doctoral students are encouraged to participate in conferences and undertake study trips to other institutions to deepen their research. A small budget is available to doctoral students during the second year, and expenditure must be approved by the Doctoral Board.
Additionally, landscape design workshops are organized with various institutions, including the UNESCO Chair in Environment and Landscape at the University of Montreal.

For the academic year 2023-2024, further agreements are in place with the following partners:
