A Summer School on Hot Topics in Cyber Security was organized in the period July 1st - 5th 2019 at DIAG - Sapienza

The following courses of the PhD in Data Science were attended by students of the PhD in Engineering in Computer Science:

- Algorithmic bias, fairness, and ethics of Machine Learning systems (12 ore, Francesco Bonchi, ISI & Eurecat, Carlos Castillo, UPF, Chris Schwiegelshohn (Sapienza)).
- Distributed Models, Mapreduce and Large Scale Algorithms (Silvio Lattanzi, Google Research)
- Algorithms and computational models for large-scale data analysis (Silvio Lattanzi, Google Research)
