PhD Research Missions
PhD candidates with a scholarship have access to a travel fund (for collaborations, participation in conferences, or academic schools). The rules governing the use of the fund are established by a specific regulation.

Whenever a research mission is planned using doctoral funds, it is necessary to follow the procedure outlined below:

1. Access Infostud and U-web and submit the relevant travel request, following the instructions available within the platform.
2. Complete and submit the following forms, to be attached to the U-web portal:
   • Supervisor Authorization (to be signed by your supervisor)
   • Self-Certification of Fund Usage

Please note that both forms must be submitted prior to the start of the mission.
In the case of participation in conferences, workshops, etc., funded through other sources, only the first form is required to be completed.
