Phd in ARCHITETTURA E COSTRUZIONE DELLA CITTA'

The annual study day of the Doctorate in Architecture and Construction of the City 2025 is entitled The city in transformation. Lectures by external guests (Uwe Schröder, Carlo Moccia, Sandra Gizdulich, Lucio V. Barbera, Franco Purini e Giuseppe Strappa) followed by the interventions of the members of the Teaching Board. The interventions revolve around three emerging issues: the construction of the urban form as a permanent problem of architecture and its manifestation in the peripheral and marginal parts of the city; the city as an ecosystem in advanced and plural terms that lead to the contamination of knowledge and skills; the historic city as a deductive area of ​​principles and rules but, also, of transformation to stem the increasingly unbridled musealization and touristification of historic centers, looking at the renewed needs of living.
