Tūrān in the Zoroastrian Literary Tradition
The thesis aims to examine the theme of the religious and ethnic antagonism between the Airiia/Iranians and the legendary people of the Turanians that manifests itself since the Avestan period, and the different ways in which this motif presents itself and develops in the different historical and literary contexts within the Zoroastrian tradition.
