Professor of "Marketing" and "Communication and Social Media Marketing" at the Department of Economics, University of Campania "Luigi Vanvitelli."
He is the author of numerous articles and books on: service management, consumer behavior in services, place marketing, tourism marketing, destination management, marketing, event management, food marketing, fashion marketing, branding.
He is a member of the editorial board of several magazines and publishing series.
He performs strategic marketing consulting for numerous private companies and public organizations, in various sectors, including: telecommunications, large-scale retail, food, tourism, transportation insurance, pharmaceutical.
He is a lecturer and coordinator of several Master's courses at universities and business schools and corporate training courses, on the topics of marketing and strategy.
He is Chairman of the Board of Auditors of SIM - Italian Society of Marketing, as well as a member of the Scientific Committee of the Marketing Award for Universities promoted by the Italian Society of Marketing.
