This lesson explains the oncological and surgical topics on pancreatic head adenocarcinoma. Particular attention has been given to: resectability criteria, modalities of surgical exeresis (video), extension of lymphadenectomy, resection of mesopancreas, techniques of vascular resections and surgical complications.
