Notice to candidates:In accordance with the DECREE-LAW 6 August 2021, n. 111, Urgent measures for the safe exercise of school, university, social activities and public transport, starting from 01st September 2021 and in order to access physically to the University, students must possess and exhibit the Green pass, whatever the purpose of their entrance is.
Therefore, even though the doctoral competition as in the regulation does not apply the previous decree-law as it is required for the public competitions, all PhD candidates who will take the test in presence should exhibit the aforementioned documentation; furthermore, it is required to exhibit the Green pass for all the students who will need to go to the various offices inside the University.

Admission Procedure
| Qualifications assessment |
Based on the submitted documentation, the Selection Committee will assign to each candidate an evaluation score, computed as follows:
(1) up to 25 points for the academic curriculum;
(2) up to 10 points for the curriculum vitae, letter of motivation and reference letters;
(3) up to 5 points for scientific publications.
The minimum score to be admitted to the oral examination is 25/40. |

| Oral interview |
The oral examination is aimed at evaluating the background, skills and research inclination of the candidate. To this end, the Selection Committee may pose technical questions, or ask the candidate to prepare a presentation on a scientific paper. This paper will have to be chosen within a group of papers that will be made available together with the results of the evaluation phase.
The oral examination will be conducted online on Meet platform.
The Selection Committee will assign to each candidate a maximum score of 80 points
for the oral examination. The final result table will only include candidates whose total score (evaluation+examination) is at least 80/120. |
