Research Interest
Investigating the role of personality traits in shaping adaptive and maladaptive behaviors, with a focus on the emotional and cognitive processes underlying these outcomes (e.g., anger, loneliness, and hostile rumination). My research employs multi-informant and longitudinal approaches to examine how individual differences and within-person dynamics contribute to behavioral patterns, with the broader aim of informing interventions that promote positive behaviors and reduce maladaptive ones.
