Associate Professor in Library and Archive Studies and Bibliography, University of Messina, Department of Ancient and Modern CIvilization.
Graduated in Italian Literature (110/110 cum laude) in the academic year 1999/2000 at the University "La Sapienza" of Rome. In the academic year 2003/2004 she graduated with honors at the "Special School for Archivists and Librarians" of the University "La Sapienza" of Rome. In 2008 he obtained a PhD in " Bibliographic Sciences, Archival, Documentary and conservation of archival and library" at the University of Udine. From 30.05.2008 to 15.10.2009 she was a research fellow at the "Special School for Archivists and Librarians" of the University "La Sapienza" of Rome. Since October 2009 she is a researcher at the “Department of ancient and modern civilizations” of the University of Messina, where she holds the teachings of "Bibliography and Library Science" and "History of the book and publishing industry." She is interested mainly of studies of the history of the book in sixteenth and eighteenth centuries, on which she has written several articles and contributions in miscellanea.

Since 2011 she is member of the PhD in "Science of books and documentary" at University of Rome "La Sapienza. Since December 2011, she is a member of the "Società italiana di Scienze bibliografiche e biblioteconomiche ", where she also holds the position of Treasurer.
