Viviana Chiappini graduated from La Sapienza University of Rome in October 2021 with a Master Degree in Analytical Chemistry with final mark 110/110 cum laude. He thesis focused on the analysis of furosine and lysinoalanine: biomarkers of heat treatment to ensure the quality and the authenticity of dairy products. Since November 2021 she is a Chemical Sciences PhD student working under the supervision of Professor Anna Maria Girelli. Her research is currently focused on enzyme immobilisation on ecological supports.
