Academic profile and research fields
Ph.D. Candidate in Communication, Social Research, and Marketing (40th cycle) at the Department of Communication and Social Research (CoRiS), Sapienza University of Rome. Her scientific activity focuses on the critical analysis of consumption dynamics and contemporary marketing strategies, employing an approach that integrates Consumer Behavior and Strategic Management. The research path is primarily structured around two pillars: the evolution of the customer journey within the wine tourism sector, exploring the interaction between sensory and digital dimensions in the winescape construct, and the analysis of the hushing phenomenon. The latter line of inquiry examines communication strategies (or the lack thereof) related to sustainability and DEIA policies (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility), analyzing their impact on consumer trust and corporate reputation. These contributions have been presented at major scientific conferences, including the Italian Marketing Society (SIM) and the Italian Society of Management (SIMA).
