Rosa Maria Dangelico got a laurea degree with top graduation mark in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Bari in 2006 and a PhD in the Area Innovation Management and Product Development from Scuola Interpolitecnica di Dottorato (Italy) in 2010. During the PhD program, she was visiting scholar at De Groote School of Business – McMaster University (Hamilton, ON, Canada) – and at IESE Business School – University of Navarra (Barcelona, Spain).
From 2010 to 2014 she was Aspen Junior Fellow of the Aspen Institute Italia. In 2010-2011 she was Post-doc Research Fellow at the Department of Environmental Engineering and Sustainable Development of Politecnico di Bari, conducting research on companies’ green innovation strategies, and Contract Professor of Elements of Economics at the same University.
In 2011 she got the position of Assistant Professor in Management Engineering at the Department of Computer, Control, and Management Engineering of Sapienza University of Rome, where she became Associate Professor in 2015. She taught Marketing and Innovation Management and Business Management and co-founded and coordinated the "Sustainability and Circular Economy” research group.
In 2019 she got the National Scientific Qualification as Full Professor.
In 2021 she moved, as Associate Professor, at Politecnico di Bari.
Her research mainly focuses on green innovation, corporate sustainability, green marketing, and green consumer behaviour.
