Oriola Musa is pursuing a PhD Programme in Economics, Department of Economics and Law, at Sapienza University of Rome, Italy. She finished her graduate studies at the European University of Tirana, by studying a Major in Economics and Finance, as well as a Minor in Public Relations and Communication. Then she completed her Master Studies in Economic Analysis & Policy where she graduated with distinction “Cum Laude” at IAMM - University of Montpellier, France and eventually obtained another Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the European University of Tirana .
Her fields of interest vary from Economics of Development, Management and Public Policy. She has worked as a lecturer in highly ranked public and private universities in Albania and abroad and has also been part of several research projects, at national and regional level, with the support of several donors, such as: Biodiv-Balkans a research-action project for the economic development of rural areas in Albanian mountains in collaboration with FFEM-France & MADA-Albania; Participation in the European Platform of Sustainable Development to promote Economic Sustainable Development policies within food services according to Life Cycle Thinking approach organized by Eating City-Risteco Paris, etc.
She has published her research work in various publications including European Journal of Marketing and Economics, International Journal of WEI Business and Economics, Journal of Contemporary Management Issues etc indexed in Scopus, ISI, Index Copernicus.
In addition to teaching and research, she has also held managerial positions in Public Administration.
