Aim of the study: To evaluate the use of liquid biopsy to molecularly characterize Multiple Myeloma at diagnosis and, possibly, to monitor it during its course, by identifying the alterations present in the free circulating DNA (cfDNA), and assessing their degree of similarity with those identified at the medullary level.
