Research: The ecological transition in European Union policies and the role of Do No Significant Harm (IUS/10)
He graduated with honors in law from the University of Rome "La Sapienza", with a thesis in administrative law on public procurement.
Since October 2020 he has been carrying out consultancy activities to public administrations, with reference to public procurement and public-private partnerships, as well as to companies, for the construction of energy production plants from renewable sources and waste management.
Since November 2021, he is a PhD candidate in public, comparative and international law (European Administrative Environmental Law), at the Department of Political Sciences of Sapienza University of Rome (XXXVII cycle).
Since December 2021 he collaborates with GIUSTAMM, a public law journal, contributing to the updating of the Environmental and Health Law sections.
He is currently a lawyer, focusing primarily on administrative law and European Union law.
