Matteo Daino was born in Rome on 14/02/2000. He studied at "Sapienza" University of Rome and obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry in 2021, discussing thesis under the supervision of Prof. Enrico Bodo, entitled: "Study of the covalent structure of the C2 molecule in the ground state". In October 2024, he obtained his Master's Degree in Chemistry, with a specialization in Inorganic, Physical-Chemistry, from the same university, discussing an experimental thesis, under the supervision of Prof. Alessandro Motta, entitled: "Insight into the mechanism of direct amination of unsaturated carbons with Hydroxylamine derived reagent in the presence of ferrocene". Since November 2024, he has held a PhD scholarship in Chemical Sciences at the Department of Chemistry of "Sapienza" University of Rome. He conducts his research, under the supervision of Prof. Alessandro Motta, in the field of synthesis, characterization, and computational modeling of nitrogen-functionalized graphene oxide.
