I am in the final year of my European PhD in Socio-Economic and Statistical Studies at the Department of Economics and Law of Sapienza University of Rome.
My current research interests revolve around policy evaluation and risk assessment for the economy, studying food price volatility and price transmission mechanism for the Middle East and North Africa region. Additionally, I am working on a study examining the pricing of climate change uncertainty (CCU) in asset markets by exploring how CCU shocks are factored into the cross-section of stock returns, particularly in relation to green and brown portfolios, and the implications for investors and firms navigating climate risk.
