Titolo della tesi: Targeting the Epigenome: New Approaches, Strategies and Perspectives
Nowadays, studying epigenetics can be quite helpful when investigating novel pharmacological strategies. The purpose of this discipline, which has several applications, is to design small molecules that can regulate anomalies in the building of proteins that impair cellular homeostasis. The triennial study on several human and bacterial targets is included in this thesis. The aim of this research is the discovery of new compounds, potent and selective, against unregulated targets that are often guilty of the onset of several diseases, including cancer.
