She was shaped by the values of discipline, ethics, and analytical rigor characteristic of the "Nunziatella" Military School in Naples, having entered the institution in 2015 after passing the competitive entrance exam and subsequently obtaining her classical high school diploma there in 2018. Her formative years were enriched by her participation in the prestigious "IMUNA" (Italian Model United Nations Academy) diplomatic simulation project.
She subsequently pursued legal studies, driven by a keen interest in international dynamics and economics. Throughout her academic career, she distinguished herself through excellence, receiving a merit-based scholarship for the academic years 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022. She complemented her university studies with continuous interdisciplinary and international training; in 2020, she earned a certification with top marks and honors (100/100 with honors) in the "Financial Markets" course offered by Yale University. Between 2023 and 2024, she further refined her expertise by completing courses such as "Sustentabilidad y Economías Sociales" (University of Chile), "Global Diplomacy - Diplomacy in the Modern World" (University of London), and "Internet Giants: the Law and Economics of Media Platforms" (University of Chicago).
In February 2024, she obtained her Master’s Degree in Law with honors from the University of Naples Federico II, defending a thesis in Political Economy titled *“The Russia-Ukraine War: Economic Sanctions and Their Impact on Markets.”* The drafting of the thesis was supported by a significant Erasmus+ international mobility experience undertaken between February and June 2023 at the Universidad de Valladolid. During her university years, she distinguished herself through active engagement in the academic and institutional community, serving as a student collaborator and excelling in academic competitions—winning 1st place and the Best Negotiation Plan Award at the 7th ELSA National Negotiation Competition (2021) and placing 5th as part of a team at the 19th ELSA National Moot Court Competition (2022)—as well as completing an internship at the Prefecture of Naples between June and September 2023. Immediately after obtaining her degree, she served as an academic tutor at the University of Naples Federico II from February to October 2024, subsequently continuing these activities as an adjunct lecturer, a role she holds until March 2026.
Her academic and research career continued abroad with a research stay focused on Public International Law and International Humanitarian Law at Charles University (Univerzita Karlova) in Prague. Affiliated with the Czech university's research center on armed conflicts, she made original scholarly contributions through the publication of the articles "Legal Status of Hackers under International Humanitarian Law: The Case of Anonymous" and "The Limits of UN Security Council Action in Imposing Economic Sanctions under UN Charter and International Law: The Subtle Balance Between International Security and Human Rights Compliance." She is also the author of the book chapter "Elvira Sapienza: un viaggio nel suo mondo" (A Journey into Her World), (edited by P. Commendatore, F. Purificato, and P. Vanone; Editoriale Scientifica, 2026). She combines a solid research background with comprehensive specialized training, culminating in a Master’s degree in Diplomacy from ISPI (Italian Institute for International Political Studies). She is currently a PhD candidate in Peace Studies at Sapienza University of Rome.
Regarding her legal and institutional experience, since March 2026 she has been completing her legal traineeship at the District State Attorney’s Office in Naples, while simultaneously furthering her professional training through the "Lex Iuris" Law School.
