Martina Carrato obtained her Master's Degree in Law from La Sapienza University of Rome on October 13, 2022, with a grade of 110/110 cum laude and an academic mention for excellence in merit and her thesis. She was awarded the title of Excellent Graduate for the 2021/2022 academic year by the Sapienza Foundation.
She is a trainee lawyer authorized to practice substitute legal representation and a trainee under Article 73 of Legislative Decree No. 69/2013 at the Lazio Regional Administrative Court (TAR) in Rome.
Since November 2024, she has been a PhD candidate in Public, Comparative, and International Law in the 40th Cycle at the Faculty of Political Science, Sapienza University of Rome, specializing in Administrative Law of the Environment and Public Health.
She collaborates with the Department of Administrative Law II (A-L channel) at the Faculty of Law, Sapienza University of Rome.
Since December 2024, she has been collaborating with GIUST-AMM, the Public Law Journal, contributing to updating the Observatories on Environmental Law and Health Law, with reference to European regulations and case law.
