Titolo della tesi: "Synthesis of a system based on NPsAu-3MPS-MTX and its evaluation in the treatment of cervical cancer and melanoma in cell culture"
This research project proposes the synthesis of a hybrid material based on Au-3-mercapto-propane sulfonate-methotrexate (NpsAu-3MPS-MTX) nanoparticles for the treatment of cervical cancer and melanoma. The nanoparticles will be used as a carrier for the active substance methotrexate (MTX) and will be characterized by analytical techniques such as UV vis, DLS, FTIR, SEM, and TEM. The tests will be performed on cell cultures to know their efficiency on tumor cells and their toxicology.
